SYMPTOM: Compatibility issues with VxVM patch PHCO_43450 

DESCRIPTION: The changes made in VxVM command patch have impacted

a VxVM internal user-level library. Since the

VRTSob product has a dependency on the library,

a VRTSob patch has to be delivered together

with VXVM commands patch. 

RESOLUTION: The VRTSob patch [PHCO_43520]

is built on top of 5.1SP1RP3 patch.
