This might lead to cluster becoming unavailable. DESCRIPTION: In some rare cases of customized fencing, the cluster might become unavailable in case of network partition. This occurs if few coordination points (less than majority) are not available at the time of network partition and the sub-clusters end up winning few coordination points (less than majority) out of the rest each at the time of fencing race. RESOLUTION: The code is modified so that the likelihood of one sub-cluster winning all coordination points is increased.
