About the Veritas InfoScale Operations Manager VCS Utilities Add-on 6.0

Introduction
The Veritas InfoScale Operations Manager Add-on has utilities for Cluster Server. Currently the utilities available are: VCS Password Management This allows a Veritas InfoScale Operations Manager administrator to change a user's cluster authentication password collectively for multiple clusters. This add-on, when installed and enabled, lets you select clusters and enter the desired user's name on the Cluster page of Veritas InfoScale Operations Manager console. The administrator can select the user and enter a new cluster authentication password (meeting the password complexities requirements) for one or multiple clusters for the selected user. It eliminates the need to manually change a user's password for all clusters; thereby resulting in reduced administrative efforts and time. However, note that you can perform this operation only on non-secure clusters that are managed by Cluster Server. Furthermore, the provision to select multiple users and change their respective cluster authentication passwords is not available.
This add-on needs Veritas InfoScale Operations Manager 6.0 or higher.
