- Ensure that the Lanman resource is online on the cluster node. Also, ensure that the Lanman agent attributes, ADUpdateRequired and DNSUpdateRequired are set to True. If they are not, set them to True, take the Lanman resource offline and then bring it online.

[1] Download and extract the patch zip file to a temporary location on your system.

[2] Import the VCS Exchange Server 2003 management pack file, Symantec.Exchange.Server.2003.mp.
Note that the VCS Exchange Server 2003 management pack requires the original Exchange Server 2003 management packs provided by Microsoft.
