Setting shell limits for "oracle" user
Use smitty to verify that the shell limits for user "oracle" are set per the following table:
Soft FILE size

Soft CPU time
|

|
Soft Data Segment
|

|
Soft STACK size
|

|
To set the shell limits

Log in to a system as root user and enter:
# smitty chuser
-
For the "USER Name" field, enter: oracle.

Scroll down the list of attributes and edit their values. See the table above.

Press F10 to save the changes.

Perform the steps above on each system.
