When ORACLE CRS installer prompts you to run root.sh script, before you run this script, you need to add the init.cssd-10gR1.patch on all the cluster nodes.
a. Open another window on all the systems.
c. Change to the directory where the patch is to be copied:
# cp /opt/VRTSvcs/rac/patch/init.cssd-10gR1.patch .
d. Run the following command to install the patch:
# patch < init.cssd-10gR1.patch init.cssd
