Starting and stopping the VEA server

  Note   The VEA server is automatically started when you reboot your system.

To check the state of the VEA server, enter:

# /opt/VRTSob/bin/vxsvcctrl status

To start the VEA service, enter:

# /opt/VRTSob/bin/vxsvcctrl start

To stop the VEA server, enter:

# /opt/VRTSob/bin/vxsvcctrl stop
