Software requirements

Software versions that Storage Foundation for Oracle RAC supports include:

 

Oracle RAC 

  • Oracle9i Release 2
  • Oracle 10g Release 1
  • Oracle 10g Release 2

Linux operating system

VCS, VxVM, VxFS, VVR 

Use only versions of VCS, VxVM, VxFS, and VVR provided on the software disc. Remove other versions before you install the software from the Storage Foundation product disc.
