Veritas SF Oracle RAC provides all software infrastructure components for Oracle RAC. Multiple systems running database instances provide access to the same physical database on behalf of multiple clients. Multiple instances accessing the same data provide increased scalability by spreading the load across systems, and they provide increased availability.
