Offlining service groups

Offline all service groups and shutdown VCS prior to launching the uninstallsfrac script:

# /etc/init.d/init.crs stop

# /opt/VRTSvcs/bin/hastop -all

Do not use the -force option when executing hastop. This will leave all service groups online and shut down VCS, causing undesired results during the uninstallation of Storage Foundation 5.0 for Oracle RAC.
