Removing repository database

To remove the Storage Foundation for Oracle repository database, use the following procedure.

 To remove repository database

1. Run the following commands to remove the repository configuration from the VCS configuration and deport the repository diskgroup.

   # /opt/VRTS/bin/sfua_db_config -o unconfig_cluster

2. Import the repository disk group using the command:

# vxdg import <name_of_disk_group>

3. Mount the repository volume using the command:

   # /opt/VRTSdbcom/configu/sfua_rep_mount

4. Drop the repository database using the command:

   # /opt/VRTS/bin/sfua_db_config -o dropdb
