Setting up disaster recovery in Storage Foundation environment (optional)

You can create a global cluster environment with Storage Foundation and volume replication capability. VCS provides the Global Cluster Option (GCO) for wide-area failover and disaster recovery, and Veritas Volume Replicator provides the volume replication capability.

After installing Storage Foundation on each node in the cluster, you can choose to set up a global cluster environment for disaster recovery. The general process for setting up a global cluster involves:
