When the product installer completes installation of SF Oracle RAC, I/O fencing is disabled on all cluster nodes. Symantec does not support using SF Oracle RAC with I/O fencing disabled. See the Veritas Storage Foundation for Oracle RAC Installation and Configuration Guide for details on configuring I/O fencing in a cluster environment.
