In SF Oracle RAC clusters with Oracle 10g, if CRS is not under VCS control, stop the CRS daemons before using hastop -all command to stop VCS.
To enable VCS to control CRS daemons, refer to the information on configuring VCS service groups for Oracle 10g in the Veritas Storage Foundation for Oracle RAC Installation and Configuration Guide.
