The Zone agent monitors zones, brings zones online, and takes them offline. For more information about the agent, see the Veritas Cluster Server Bundled Agents Reference Guide.
The agent creates a user account with group administrative privileges to enable inter-zone communication, if the user account doesn't exist. In secure clusters, it also renews the authentication certificate before the certificate expires.
