Perform the following tasks after installing the Oracle RAC software:

• Add Oracle RAC patches or patchsets.

• Prevent automatic database startup.

• Verify the cluster.

• Run VRTSexplorer to diagnose issues in the cluster.

• Remove permissions for communication.
