In some versions of Internet Explorer, GUI controls (buttons, drop-down lists, radio buttons, and so on) may require that you click them once to make them active. This symptom occurs in flash screens, pop-up windows, and wizards. Controls that require this activating click show the following message when you roll over them with your mouse pointer:
