Very large clusters may not load into the console

To accommodate very large clusters, increase the value of the loadClusterQueryTimeout property in the management server configuration file. The management server generates this file upon startup.

The ManagementServer.conf file is located in the following paths:

• For Solaris

  /opt/VRTScmcm/data/conf

• For Windows

  C:\Program Files\Symantec\VRTScmcm\data\conf

The default paths might have changed during configuration.

 To increase the value of the loadClusterQueryTimeout property

1. Stop the Cluster Management Console.
2. Add the following line to the file ManagementServer.conf:

   loadClusterQueryTimeout=60000

   Adjust the value as needed to allow complete initial load of your cluster information.

3. Start the Cluster Management Console.
