By default, BMC files must be installed in C:\program files\VERITAS\cluster server\messages\language, where language is a directory containing the BMCs of a given supported language. For example, the path to the BMC for a Japanese agent resembles:
%VCS_HOME%\messages\en\VRTSvcsW2KAgent.bmc.
The languages supported by VCS are listed as subdirectories in the directory %VCS_HOME%\messages.
