Specifies the lowest compatible version of the agent that is supported work with the current version of the type definition. The version specified in this attribute must be lower than or equal to the version specified in the TypeDefinitionVersion attribute. All versions of the agent binary starting from the version mentioned in this attribute upto the version given in the TypeDefinitionVersion attribute are assumed to be compatible with the type-definition.
