Choosing VCS depots   

The installer verifies for any previously installed depots and then based on your choice installs all the VCS depots or only the required depots.

 To install VCS depots

1. Review the output as the installer checks the depots that are already installed.
2. Choose the VCS depots to be installed.

Select the depots to be installed on all systems? [1-3,q,?] (3)

  Based on what depots you want to install, enter one of the following:
 



 
 1  

 
Installs only the required VCS depots. 

 
 2  

 
Installs all the VCS depots. 

 
You must choose this option to configure any optional VCS feature. Note that this option is the default if you already installed the SF HA depots. 

 
 3  

 
Installs all the VCS and SF HA depots. (default option) 

 
If you already installed the SF HA depots, the installer does not list this option. 

3. View the list of depots that the installer would install on each node.

   If the current version of a depot is on a system, the installer removes it from the depot installation list for the system.
