Before beginning a recovery in a DAG environment, ensure that you review the recovery procedures for Exchange 2010 with SFW as follows:

Although you cannot restore a snapshot to a passive copy, you can use a passive copy snapshot to restore a database after first manually performing a "Move-ActiveMailboxDatabase" on the database.
