Invoke Oracle9i installation through
the configuration program

Installing Oracle9i using the SF Oracle RAC configuration program involves the following tasks:

• Choose the Oracle version
• Choose to install Oracle RDBMS server
• Set Oracle environment variables
• Installer invokes Oracle installation
• Installer links Oracle binaries to Veritas libraries
