Completing Oracle9i post-installation tasks

After installing Oracle9i software, complete the post-installation tasks that include:

• Adding Oracle9i R2 patches
• Relinking the SF Oracle RAC libraries to Oracle9i
• Disabling ODM library (optional) for databases using raw devices
• Creating the Oracle database
• Testing the configuration
• Configuring Oracle9i service group in a VCS configuration
