Disabling CRS for Veritas agent for Oracle

Oracle 10.1.0.3 databases created by DBCA may fail on reboot

When a cluster runs an Oracle 10g (10.1.0.3) database created by the Oracle Database Creation Assistant (DBCA), shutting down or rebooting one node may kill the database instances on other nodes. This problem occurs when CRS control of the database is disabled. The 10.1.0.4 release is addressing this issue.
