VxVM error messages - I/O fencing

vold_pgr_register(disk_path): failed to open the vxfen device. Please make sure that the vxfen driver is installed and configured	The vxfen driver has not been configured. Follow the instructions in the chapter on installing and configuring SF Oracle RAC to set up coordinator disks and start I/O fencing. Then clear the faulted resources and online the service groups.
