Licensing VCS

If you are upgrading from versions 3.5 and higher, your existing VCS license is accepted and no action is required. You may also apply a new VCS 5.0 license key, if required.

 To license VCS

• On each node, type the commands:

  # cd /opt/VRTS/bin

  # ./vxlicinst -k XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXX
