If you want to upgrade from VCS versions 4.0 MP2, 4.1, or 4.1 MP1 to VCS version 5.0, you must perform the following steps to do a manual upgrade:
If you used the AllowNativeCliUsers attribute in you earlier VCS version, then you must perform the post-upgrade task that allows you to use native OS accounts with VCS.
